Who Is Raufeisen Development?

Specializing in commercial development, Raufeisen Development is known for commitment to the marketplace it serves. Working with closely allied partners, Raufeisen has developed and constructed a mix of office, commercial and retail buildings and developments in excess of $100 million in the last three years. We have access to debt structures of $100 million or more through existing banking relationships, insurance companies and the conduit direct market place.

Our partnerships collaborate in ownership of more than 35 office buildings totaling more than 400,000 square feet, with a total value of approximately $60 million. In addition, the partnerships participate in more than 30 retail commercial buildings (approximately 480,000 square feet) with a total value of $55 million. Our hotel partnership develops, owns and operates more than 35 properties under the Marriott and Hilton brand names.
